I’ve gathered all of my favorite dessert recipes that are perfect for a 4th of July celebration. Whether you’re looking for no-bake desserts you can easily make ahead, desserts that will feed a crowd, or desserts that are naturally red, white, and blue, there’s something for everyone on this list! As for me, I’ll be making fruit pizza with Summer berries because I just can’t stop thinking about how delicious it is. Let me know in the comments what you’ll be making!

Berry Chantilly Sheet Cake
Inspired by the iconic Whole Foods bakery dessert, this sheet cake version features fluffy white cake, Chantilly cream frosting, sweet jam, and fresh berries. It’s easy to transport and perfect for serving a crowd.

One reader says: “I made this cake for my daughter’s first birthday in April and it was A HIT! While people asked for seconds, my husband said it’s the best cake he ever tried in his life and banned me from giving any cake to go. It’s light, fluffy and berries bring balance to whole thing. It’s going to be a staple in our household moving on!” ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
No-Bake S’mores Icebox Cake
This s’mores icebox cake is so simple to make (no baking necessary) and absolutely delicious! It’s layers of graham crackers, easy chocolate ganache, and pillowy soft homemade marshmallow meringue. After layering these elements together in a loaf pan, the cake sets perfectly in the refrigerator while softening the graham crackers slightly to create a cake-like consistency. Topped with toasted marshmallow meringue, the result looks and tastes like a gourmet s’more and is sure to impress!

Fruit Pizza with Summer Berries
If you’re looking for a dessert that’s quick and easy yet impressive (and of course, delicious), this fruit pizza is perfect. It’s a deliciously soft and chewy sugar cookie crust topped with a cream cheese frosting that’s the perfect amount of sweet, then topped with fresh summer berries arranged in a beautiful pattern. This recipe comes together so quickly – there’s no need to chill the sugar cookie dough before baking.

Mixed Berry Crisp
The most delicious berry filling, buttery oat topping, and the perfect ratio of filling to crisp (very important to me!). This recipe can be made with either fresh or frozen berries, is so easy to throw together, and is ALWAYS a crowd-pleaser.

Easy No-Bake Cheesecake
If you’re looking for an easy and delicious dessert that doesn’t require turning on the oven, this no-bake cheesecake is the perfect recipe! It’s a buttery graham cracker crust topped with a velvety smooth, creamy filling that has all the traditional flavor of cheesecake. In other words, it’s a cheesecake without the commitment of a cheesecake. Plus, it looks so pretty + tastes delicious with Summer berries!

Coconut Cupcakes
I decided to turn my favorite coconut cake recipe into cupcakes and the results were perfect. These coconut cupcakes are deliciously soft and moist with the ideal amount of coconut flavor and beautiful texture from the shredded coconut throughout. I topped them with coconut buttercream before dipping them in shredded coconut, because more is more.

No-Churn Blackberry Lavender Ice Cream
If you’re looking to serve up some impressive homemade ice cream with beautiful Summer flavor, look no further than this no-churn blackberry lavender ice cream. The lavender ice cream base has the perfect amount of floral flavor, then is swirled with a homemade honey blackberry jam that rounds it out just right. And even if you’ve never made ice cream before, this recipe is so easy to whip up – no ice cream maker necessary!

Strawberry Sheet Cake
This sheet cake version of my favorite strawberry layer cake recipe is bursting with fresh strawberry flavor, so fun to decorate, and easy to serve. It uses fresh strawberries that are pureèd and then cooked to reduce the liquid content. This amplifies the strawberry flavor in the cake significantly and paired with freeze-dried strawberries in the frosting, it’s out of this world.

No-Churn S’mores Ice Cream

This no-bake Oreo cheesecake is so easy to whip up, perfect for making ahead, and always a hit. The no-bake method is fail-proof for bakers of all skill levels and yields the ideal cheesecake texture. With the bits of Oreo in every bite + the Oreo crust, this dessert tastes heavenly!

One Reader Says: “I made this for a church gathering and it was amazing how many wonderful comments I received! I was told that it was the hit of the party. I didn’t even get a piece for myself. It was all gone and not a bite left.” ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Blackberry Crisp Layer Cake
Layers of fluffy vanilla cake swirled with blackberry purèe, topped with fresh blackberry buttercream and baked crisp topping throughout. It tastes just like blackberry crisp in cake form and is so perfect for summer!

No-Churn Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream
The easiest no-churn vanilla cheesecake ice cream swirled with fresh strawberry reduction and homemade shortbread crumbles in every bite. Probably my favorite ice cream recipe of all!

One Reader Says: “I’ve been putting off trying an ice cream recipe just because it’s unfamiliar to me but this recipe was easy and delicious! My whole family loved it, to include my dad that doesn’t even particularly like strawberries, and one guest even said ‘I’m not trying to blow smoke, but this is the best ice cream I’ve ever had’.” ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Cake
Inspired by my memories of chasing down the ice cream truck for a strawberry shortcake ice cream bar and perfect for a Summer celebration! This cake features layers of no-churn strawberry ice cream, vanilla ice cream, and strawberry shortcake crunch (just like the outer coating of the real deal).

S’mores Cupcakes

Can you tell I love s’mores yet? This ultimate s’mores ice cream cake features layers of graham cracker crust, homemade hot fudge, chocolate ice cream, and toasted marshmallow ice cream. This is what s’mores lovers dreams are made of!

No-Churn Strawberry Ice Cream
This strawberry ice cream only requires a handful of ingredients and is so simple to throw together. You’ll essentially whip up some heavy whipping cream until it reaches stiff peak status, then fold in a mixture of sweetened condensed milk, freeze dried strawberry powder, some strawberry preserves, and a little vanilla extract. After a 6 hour stay in the freezer, you’ll have the creamiest, most refreshing strawberry ice cream with unbelievable flavor!
